Please see below for a list of steps:

1. Open your Channel Manager and click on the Content tab
2. Select the video you wish to edit - or create a new one
3. At the bottom of the Details section, you will find the Table of Contents
4. Click the Edit button and add your timestamps
5. Save your new Table of Contents
